Q. When I place my order, how long until I receive my product?
A. We typically have a 15 business day lead time on all our harnesses, as they are very popular. We take great pride in our work and don't want to rush anyone's build. Be patient and browse our capacitor choices in the mean time. Good things are coming.....remember the ketchup commercial?
Q. Do you ship outside the US?
A. We ship anywhere. If you have a guitar, we will get you a harness. In certain cases any additional fees may be invoiced to the buyer before final shipping.
Q. How can I tell if I need Long Shaft or Short Shaft?
A. To be sure you will need to remove your current potentiometers and measure the threaded shaft. A Long Shaft is ¾ of an inch while a Short Shaft measures 3/8 of an inch.
Generally American Les Paul instruments require Long Shaft units while most others require Short.
Q. What is the difference between the Standard and the Premium?
A. The standard is made from metric potentiometers which measure 7mm in diameter and is a direct replacement for most Epiphone instruments. The Premium is made from high quality Bourns potentiometers which measure 3/8 of an inch in diameter and are a direct replacement for American SG, and ES series and an upgrade for Epiphone guitars.
